Employee Briefing

About HELM Culture Score

Your employer is asking you ten questions about what it’s actually like to work here. Not an inspection, not a performance review. Just an honest, anonymous read on your day to day experience.

Why it’s worth two minutes

Most workplace surveys are long, feel pointless, and change nothing. This one is short on purpose. Ten questions, a few minutes, and a real chance for your answers to be heard rather than filed away.

Your employer will get a single score back, built entirely from what you and your colleagues say. It’s a plain measure of whether people who work here think it’s a good place to be, and it’s designed to be used, not just looked at once and forgotten.

What it covers

The questions cover the last four months, not your whole time here. Whether you’re treated fairly. Whether you trust the people leading you. Whether you can speak up without worrying about the consequences. Whether your workload is realistic. Whether you’d recommend this place to someone else.

On anonymity

This is fully anonymous. We don’t collect your name or your email, only your answers. Nobody, including your employer and including HELM, can trace a response back to you. That’s not a small print promise. It’s the whole point. Answer honestly.

What happens next

Once the survey closes, your employer gets their score and a summary they can act on. No individual answers, no way to identify who said what. Just an honest picture, and something worth acting on.

10 questions. One honest score.
