It’s the smallest sample size we can stand behind statistically. Below 30, anonymity is compromised and the score becomes vulnerable to a single outlier response. The 30 minimum is the science, not a marketing choice.

The Annual Programme runs for a year and is paid up front. If your circumstances change significantly (acquisition, closure, major restructure) we’ll work with you in good faith, but the default is the full year.

Your band is fixed at the start of your annual programme. If you grow into a higher band during the year, you stay at your price for that year and move up on renewal.

We’re transparent; they’re quote on request. From the price points commonly reported, HELM is comparable to or below GPTW for similar-sized organisations. You get a score that moves year-on-year, not a pass/fail badge. We’re also priced in published bands, so you know what you’ll pay before you talk to us.

No. The Annual Programme is paid annually because the product is annual. Three reading points across a year build a trajectory; monthly invoicing would create a churn pressure that’s not consistent with the cadence of the product.

Because culture is an organisational outcome, not a per-head cost. You’re buying one score for one organisation. The bands keep it fair across company sizes without turning it into a per-seat licence.

Yes! That’s the point. The Annual Programme credential is built to travel: careers pages, tender responses, board reports, and B Corp or ESG evidence. The Free Trial credential is the one exception – it’s marked as a trial and is for your evaluation only.
