Helen has a natural ability to engage at all levels, inspiring people to think outside the box and bringing clearer perspective to their work. I recently watched her run a session on employee feedback and interpretation – a room of 30 middle-to-senior managers, most of whom had never met her, and you could see the lights go on. She simplifies complexity and uses reflective questioning to make sure understanding really lands. Humble in her approach, but with an incredible ability to deliver the message and inspire the team.
